A- The optimum time to attend a workshop is between 25-36 weeks. This will give you enough of time to practice and condition the techniques you will learn.
You can of course; still attend a workshop after 36 weeks.
Q- When should I attended a Hypnobirthing Workshop?
A- In the case of cancellation by a client, £75 is non-refundable. Further to that, the following cancellation charges will apply:

30 or more No cancellation charge
14 – 29 days 50% refunded
13 days or less 0% refunded
However, in the unlikely event the course date you have chosen is cancelled by me, you will be offered an alternative date, if you cannot attend this date, I will refund you a full course fee.
Q- What is the cancellation policy for Hypnobirthing?
A- Absolutely not. All the techniques you will learn in the workshops can be used for any sort of birth and delivery. I will run through the ways in which you can adapt the techniques to those situations.
Q- Does hypnobirthing only work if I am planning a natural birth?
A- Definitely. Aside from the birthing person, birth partners are also the most important people in the room. The person attending the course with you should be the person you would like to be at your birth, whether that be our partner, mum, sister or friend. By them attending the workshop it will help them learn the techniques as well so they can support you better during labour. **Please note your booking on the course only allows space for you and one birth partner.
Q- Should I attend the hypnobirthing workshop with my birth partner?
A- There will be no more than 4 couples on a Hypnobirthing Master Class Workshop and no more then 6 couple on the Hypnobirthing Basics Workshop.
PLEASE NOTE- the Group Venue will only be announced once 2 or more couples have booked on to the workshop. As you can appreciate venue costs are not cheap so it would not be viable to run a workshop in a venue with just one couple. If only one couple books onto the workshop I will be in touch reference a contingency plan or alternative dates.
Q- How many people will be on a group workshop?
Q- How many women will be in a Pregnancy Yoga and Relaxation Class?
A- There will be no more than 15 women in a Pregnancy Yoga and Relaxation Class.

I will of course be as accommodating as I possibly can and move cancellations to any available spaces but some times this isn't always possible due to class numbers. I will try and re fill your space and in this case you will be given a refund.
